Here are the Instructions for the Venus White Pro 22% Gel that we use in our downtown Victoria, BC Dental Office.

Before You Begin

• Ensure your teeth are clean and flossed before application.
• Do not eat, drink, or smoke during treatment.
• Use as directed by your dental professional.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Preparing the Tray

• Place a small drop of gel into each compartment of the custom tray that corresponds to the front surfaces of your teeth.
• Do not overfill the tray—too much gel may cause gum irritation.

2. Inserting the Tray

• Place the tray over your teeth, ensuring a snug fit.
• Wipe away any excess gel from your gums with a tissue or dry toothbrush.

3. Wearing Time

• Wear the tray for 60–90 minutes per session.
• Do not exceed the recommended time to avoid tooth sensitivity.

4. Removing & Cleaning

• Remove the tray and rinse your mouth with water.
• Gently brush your teeth to remove any remaining gel.
• Clean the tray with cool water and a soft toothbrush, then store it in its case.

Additional Tips

✅ Use for 10–14 days or as advised by your dentist.
✅ If you experience sensitivity, skip a day or reduce the wear time.
✅ Avoid highly pigmented foods and drinks (coffee, red wine, berries) for at least 1 hour after use.
